Free Wi-Fi was good and the service was helpful. Double room was with a laptop-compatible safe, a minibar, and central heating. The staff was affable and very, very nice, gave advice about the city. The location was good - really close to the center of Caserta, restaurants and Caserta;))

The room was relatively large and very clean, which was nice. the hotel staff were also very friendly and accommodating, providing me with extra towels when I asked. the hotel was conveniently located near the highway and a few restaurants, making it easy to grab a quick bite to eat.
The noise level in the hotel was unbearable. It seemed as though the walls were paper-thin, as I was able to hear everything from the neighboring rooms and the noise from the nearby car wash was also a significant issue.

The location of the hotel was ideal for our romantic escape. It was conveniently located near the highway, making it easy to get there and away. The room was quite spacious and had a comfortable bed, which made it the perfect place to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. The hotel had good Wi-Fi connectivity, which was useful for us.
One aspect that we did not enjoy during our stay was the noise caused by the traffic outside. The room was not soundproof, and we could hear the noise from the main road even when our windows were closed.

The rooms at Reggia Suite Spa Hotel were absolutely fantastic! The modern style and comfortable beds made me feel right at home. I had a great night's sleep thanks to the premium bedding and pillow menu. I loved the spaciousness of the rooms in this category. It felt so luxurious and gave me plenty of space to unwind after a long day of exploring. The air-conditioning was a lifesaver during the hot summer days. It kept the room nice and cool, allowing me to relax and escape from the heat. The private bathrooms were well-equipped with a hairdryer and complementary toiletries. It was so convenient to have everything I needed right there. The free WiFi in the room was a great perk. I could easily stay connected and share my amazing experiences with friends and family back home.
Personally, I prefer rooms with a view. Although the garden view from my room was nice, I would have loved to have a better view of the surrounding area.
